Yes! Creating an account and basic P2P transfers within LopiPay are completely free. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges. Check our pricing for premium business features.
P2P transfers between LopiPay users are instant and appear in the recipient's account immediately. Bank transfers typically take 1-2 business days depending on the bank.
Basic accounts have a daily transfer limit of €1,000. Verified accounts can transfer up to €10,000 per day. Business accounts have custom limits based on your needs.
Yes! LopiPay supports international transfers to over 50 countries worldwide with competitive exchange rates and low fees. International transfers typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
Absolutely! We use bank-level 256-bit encryption and are licensed by the National Bank of Slovakia. Your funds are protected by deposit insurance and we employ real-time fraud detection.
Enable 2-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings, use a strong unique password, enable biometric authentication on mobile, and never share your login credentials with anyone.
You can add funds via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or receive money from other LopiPay users. Go to your Dashboard and click "Add Funds" to see all available options.
P2P transfers within LopiPay are free. Bank transfers have a small fee of €0.50. International transfers have a 1% fee (minimum €2). Card top-ups are free for the first 3 per month.
Go to Settings > Verification and upload a valid government-issued ID document (passport, ID card, or driver's license). Our team will review it within 1-2 business days and notify you via email.
