Yes! Creating an account and basic P2P transfers are completely free. Check our pricing page for premium features.

Payments & Transfers

How long do transfers take?

P2P transfers within LopiPay are instant. Bank transfers typically take 1-2 business days.

What are the transfer limits?

Basic accounts have a daily limit of €1,000. Verified accounts can transfer up to €10,000 per day.

Can I send money internationally?

Yes! LopiPay supports international transfers to over 50 countries with competitive exchange rates.

Security

Is my money safe?

Absolutely! We use bank-level 256-bit encryption and are licensed by the National Bank of Slovakia. Your funds are protected.

How do I protect my account?

Enable 2-factor authentication, use a strong password, and never share your login credentials with anyone.

Account Management

How do I verify my account?

Go to Settings > Verification and upload a valid ID document. Verification typically takes 1-2 business days.

Can I close my account?

Yes. Go to Settings > Account and select "Close Account". Make sure to withdraw all funds first.
